Personal Health Plans offers standard plans and value plans with a wide variety of deductible levels. HSA-compatible plans and short- term (six months) plans are also available.

All Personal Health Plans include prescription drug coverage. With standard Personal Health Plans you have the option to upgrade your prescription drug coverage to include a copayment benefit design. In addition, you can purchase dental and/or vision insurance with any of these plans or as a stand-alone benefit.
